Karan Sosebee was so easy to work with in finding our new home and selling our old home.  But we knew that,  because she had helped us with another property a few years ago.  When we decided to move back to Cleveland, it was a no-brainer for us to call Karan.   She is a great listener, and she can answer 95% of your questions off the top of her head.  That’s because of her vast knowledge and experience.  If she isn’t 100% sure of the answer, she will find out.    She gives fantastic advice and support and was always a step ahead in anticipating out needs.  She kept things moving in our search for a new home and kept us informed of all activity when we put our old home on the market.  You will want Karan on your team!!
