Karan Sosebee

My wife and I meet Karan approximately 12 years ago while trying to locate a long term rentle. She found everything we were looking for. We we back to her in June of 2019 and advised her that we were looking to purchase a home and what we wanted in one. Karan looked for a home for while we were on vacation in Florida, She called and said that she found what we were looking for. The following Monday we returned home and I went directly to the home and met with Karan. Of course it was exactly what we were looking for and we put a contract on it right then. We closed on the house in a very short time with Karan taking care of everything. It was a great experience and she still checks with us making sure we still love our home. Karan is very hard working and straight to the point. She will bend over backwards to help. Thank you Mrs Karan, we are so grateful.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about ALCO Realty. I have had many dealings with them over the past 15 years, and all have been great experiences.
